Student Mail and Packages

Please wait until you receive an email from our mailroom before coming to retrieve your package, we will email you when your package has been processed and is ready for pickup.

Package window M-F 8AM-noon and 1PM-4:30PM

Mailboxes may be accessed 24/7 by swiping into the vestibule with your student ID and using your mailbox key to open your box.

Mailboxes

Students may request a personal mailbox on campus by requesting it through the Housing Portal. All mailboxes are housed in Annapolis Hall and students will keep the same mailbox their entire time living in the residence halls.

Packages

Students do not have to sign up for a mailbox to have packages sent to them on campus. Packages are processed and delivered to the Annapolis Hall Mailroom.

Note: Some of the package carriers report that packages are delivered to Frostburg, MD on their tracking systems before they have been delivered to our mailroom. This typically means that they are on campus or have been passed to USPS to deliver to campus that day. Please wait until you receive an email from our mailroom before coming to retrieve your package, we will email you when your package has been processed and is ready for pickup.
